Currently working on Master of Public Administration at Georgia Southern University. Present duties include aiding in drafting and conducting research on subject properties to uncover recorded easements, rights-of-way, or other exceptions that may affect subject properties. Works closely with title insurance companies and attorneys assisting in the preparation of title policies where an ALTA survey was requested. Acting office manager, in charge of scheduling projects, bookkeeping, client relations, general secretarial duties.

Previous positions include Real Estate Paralegal, Title Abstractor, Mortgage Loan Processor, Litigation Paralegal, Legal Secretary. immediately prior to current employment, worked as Real Estate Paralegal for Ellis, Painter, Ratterree & Bart, LLP. Department head in charge of reviewing real estate chain of title for defects, preparation of title insurance policies, preparation of loan closing documents, conducting loan closings with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents.
